Photography has always been something of an interest to me. Primarily, I have been interested in photography as a means
of collecting reference photos for my other artwork, but over time I have come to fully appreciate the art of photography itself.
What interests me about Photography the most is that it is a combination of art and science- A blend of Aesthetic and practical. Sure, you
can take a picture by merely pointing a camera and pushing the button- But to take a good picture requires far more- It requires an understanding of
light and how it behaves, as well as time and how it affects light. Add to this skills in spotting composition, color, and other elements, and it makes
for quite a challenge!
Photography is a pretty equipment-intensive artform, and I have provided some information about the equipment that I personally use in the 'Info' area (link below).
